What areas do you cover?

Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Every engineer is Gas Safe registered, and we are also G3 qualified for unvented hot water cylinders, IPHE members and Vaillant Advance Installers. We are fully insured and happy to show our registration at the door before starting work.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. We do not charge a call-out fee anywhere we work. Quotes for installation work are free and given in writing after we have seen the property, so the price you agree is the price you pay.
How quickly can you attend an emergency?
For urgent problems such as a burst pipe or a boiler failure in winter we prioritise the visit and can often attend the same day, particularly in Bushey, Watford and the immediate area. Call us and we will tell you honestly how soon we can get to you.
Can I spread the cost of a new boiler or bathroom?
Yes. We offer 0% APR finance over 12 or 24 months, and longer terms at 12.9% APR, through our partner Ideal4Finance, subject to status. Ask us when we quote and we will explain the options.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
